I cant see the Video? (if download doens't help Email support click here )
If you cant see the video there are on of two issues: (open windows media player click help from the menu above and choose 'about Windows medi....'; shows you what version you have)

  • If you have windows Media player 8 then you are missing a codec that lets you watch the movies.Click the link provided, choose"Select download -- codec Installation package" then choose "Select Version -- windows 9 series " and then finally the language you want. Download (630 kb).

  • If you do not have windows media player 8 or above. Download the latest player here. Download.
